Shipping & Handling
- FREE SHIPPING and handling, except for designated
items with added shipping weight. (Individual items weighing over 2 pounds will have a shipping charge. Items under 2 pounds do not have a shipping charge regardless of quantity ordered.) This applies only when shipping to
physical addresses within the 48 contiguous states.
- All shipping and handling charges are based on the weight and box
size of the item and the distance it must be shipped. For rural delivery,
an additional $2.30 may be applied.
- Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands or
APO / FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS Parcel Post or Priority
and charged shipping. Please email

Shipping & Handling charges are added
during Checkout, with the following exceptions:
All non-vaccine orders (and most non-vaccine items in every order)
are shipped via UPS Ground
or FedEx Ground. We base
shipping charges for both services on the UPS Rate & Service Guide
found below. If you wish to expedite a non-vaccine order,
please call 800-423-8211 or 402-367-6047 and a KV Agent will assist you.
This map displays time of transit for packages shipped UPS GROUND from
David City, NE 68632. KV may also opt to ship your order via FedEx, which
follows the same schedule and rates.
1 day = Zone 2 | 2 days = Zone 3 | 3 days = Zone
4 | 4 days = Zone 5 | 5 days = Zone 6. Because KV Vet Supply
is in a rural location, transit times may be extended by 24 hours. For
the scheduled days in transit for ground packages shipped within the 48
